TYPES OF PRECAST
The types of Precast (GRC) are basically divided into three, three types of products can be used in the project, including Shell Precast Facade (GRC) Cladding, Panel Precast Facade (GRC) Cladding and Decorative Precast Facade (GRC) elements.
Shell Precast Facade (GRC) Cladding;
It is a precast facade (GRC) element with a thickness of 12-16 mm, reinforced with a steel construction designed in accordance with the project, and without thermal insulation. 5-8 mm thick iron bars called pads and precast (GRC) are fixed using their own concrete components. It is fixed to the installation area by mechanical or welding method.
Panel Precast Facade (GRC) Cladding;
It is a precast facade (GRC) element with a thickness of 12-16 mm, reinforced with a steel construction designed in accordance with the project, and without thermal insulation. In order to provide the heat value in the second area, the shell is put into the precast (GRC) coating. The application can be concrete, plasterboard, aerated concrete or any other material.
Decorative Precast Facade (GRC);
It is a GRC element produced for decorative purposes. It can be produced with steel or without steel construction. It does not contain thermal insulation. It can be produced with Premix production technology as well as with spray system.
